Shipping

Destinations

You can place an order from, and with delivery to, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. We are constantly investigating the possibilities of reaching more countries with our products and will add destinations continuously. To find out if we have a dealer in your country, please contact us. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sweden.

Shipping time

We always try to ship your order within one (1) working day. Orders received before 12:00 is normally sent the same day. Orders received during weekends and public holidays are normally sent the next working day. Then the time for transport is added, which normally is 1-2 working days in Sweden and 2-5 working days for delivery outside Sweden. In the event of any delivery delays, you will be notified and if you are not satisfied with a new specified delivery date, you always have the right to cancel your order free of charge.

Shipping cost

*Shipping is free on orders over 69,00 €/699 SEK/699 NOK/499 DKK. Otherwise a standard shipping fee is added and calculated at checkout. For uncollected orders, a fee of 20,00 €/200 SEK/200 NOK/150 DKK is charged to cover return shipping and handling costs.

Delivery method

Delivery method differs between countries. You see your options and make your choice at checkout. If possible we use Postnord MyPack Collect and send your order to the nearest delivery point. When your order arrives you will be notified. Notification takes place automatically either to your mobile phone via text message, via e-mail or to your physical mailbox. In order to pick up packages, you must be able to show valid identification.

Payment & Pricing

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express (Amex). For purchases within the EU all prices are stated including applicable VAT. The total price is clearly stated in total at checkout, including shipping costs. For purchases outside the EU, which includes Norway, all prices are stated including VAT (MVA) and customs duty. Please refer to your local customs office for more information on any additional charges beyond our control upon import. Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. Be sure to enter a correct e-mail address. Also check that the order confirmation is not sorted as spam.

If we don't agree

As a Swedish brand owned by a Swedish company, we always follow recommmendations from The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden. Any dispute must be resolved in Sweden by The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). You always have the option of reporting a case to through their online platform for dispute resolution.

Colour differences

We reserve the right for possible deficiencies in product information as well as hue differences due to screen settings, varying colour reproduction of screens and lighting conditions during photography. We reserve the right to change or correct inaccuracies when they become known to us.
