Products
Are your products PFC and fluorocarbon free?
Yes, all of our products are completely free of fluorocarbons and PFC's.
How do I keep the shape of my shoes or boots?
A shoe tree or boot shaper keeps the shape of your shoes and you avoid unnecessary creases and cracks in the material. Natural and cedar wood shoe trees also neutralizes bad odours and improves the dry time of wet shoes.
How long does the impregnation last?
It all depends on how often you use the shoes, what material the shoes are made of and what weather you expose the shoes to. For the best effect, we recommend that you impregnate the shoes weekly, and even more frequently during autumn and winter.
How often should I impregnate my shoes?
It depends on how often you use the shoes, but in general you should impregnate your shoes every two weeks if you use them frequently.
How often should you care for your shoes?
It depends on how often you use the shoes, what material the shoes are made of and what weather you expose the shoes to. Spring and summer mean more focus on cleaning, while autumn and winter require more care and impregnation. In general, however, cleaning, care and protection are relevant all year round.
What does sustainable shoe care mean?
Products in our sustainable range are carefully developed for minimal environmental impact. For example, the fluids are waterbased and biodegradable. The bottles are also recyclable and made from recycled plastic. Read the table of contents for more information on each product.
Why should you use shoe care?
It extends the life of your shoes! With the right shoe care products developed specifically for the shoe's material, your shoes will always look brand new and last longer.
Why should you impregnate your shoes?
When you impregnate your shoes, you seal the surface and protect the material against dirt and water.
Order & Deliveries
How do I know you have received my order?
When you have completed an order, an order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you entered at checkout. If you haven't received a confirmation, please check your trash folder. If you still do not find the confirmation, it may be that the wrong email address was entered. You can always contact our customer support to make sure your order is registered.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over € 69,00/SEK 699/NOK 699/DKK 499. Otherwise a standard shipping fee is added at checkout.
What is your delivery time?
We always try to ship your order within one (1) working day. Orders received before 12:00 is normally sent the same day. Orders received during weekends and public holidays are normally sent the next working day. Then the time for transport is added, which normally is 1-2 working days in Sweden and 2-5 working days for delivery outside Sweden.
What shipping methods do you use?
Delivery method differs between countries. You see your options and make your choice at checkout. If possible we use Postnord MyPack Collect and send your order to the nearest delivery point.
Where do you ship your products from?
All orders placed in Europe will be shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Denmark, Finland, Germany, Norway and Sweden. To find out if we have a distributor in your country, please contact our customer support. More countries will be added. We are constantly investigating the possibilities of shipping to more countries and aim to be a worldwide distributor.
Warranty & Complaints
How do I submit a product complaint?
Contact us via customer support. Describe your case and attach a picture showing the fault with the product.
How will my complaint be processed?
You can have a faulty product repaired, replaced, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. Of course it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use or other incorrect conduct.
What is the warranty on your products?
We do not have specific warranty period. Instead we follow The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) guidelines and applicable EU directives. For more information, see our refund policy and terms of service.

Do you have a concept store that I can visit?
Unfortunately not. However, you can find our products at many dealers. Contact our customer support and we will do our best to direct you to the closest one.
How do you handle collaborations?
Collaborations are fun, and we receive a lot of related inquiries. Please send your proposal by email or the contact form and be as detailed as possible. If your proposal or offer is of interest, we will reach back to you.
