Returns & Refunds
14-day cancellation
From the time you have received an item you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal when you can inform us that you have changed your mind and then return the item(s) to us. The right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals and not to custom made or hygiene products. You can exercise your right of withdrawal and right to return in several different ways. You can notify us by e-mail or use the contact form on the website.
Returns
For ease of handling, please notify us of the return before sending the item(s). Most commonly, you simply hand in the return package at your nearest collection point. They can help you with the return label and further information. You choose which courier you want to use and you are responsible for the shipment and cost of returning the item(s). Important! Send the return package to Goodstep AB, Köpmangatan 62, SE-692 36 Kumla, Sweden. Don’t forget to keep the return receipt from the courier until your refund has been processed, because you are responsible for the item(s) until delivery has taken place. It is important that the item(s) are in unaltered and salable condition in their original packaging. When returning an item that has been handled to a greater extent, you compensate us for any reduction in value that has occurred, which is determined by us. We expect you to return the items as soon as possible after you have given cancellation notice and no later than 14 days after you have changed your mind.
Complaints
If a package arrives damaged or if you discover that your product is damaged or defect, you should report it to us, and if possible the courier, immediately. Contact us so that we can resolve the matter within a reasonable time - no later than two (2) months from discovery. Within the EU, according to an EU directive, you have at least two (2) years to complain, but in Sweden three (3) years apply. We are of course responsible for defects on products that are original. You can have a faulty product repaired, replaced, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. Of course it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use or other incorrect conduct.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to handle exchanges for other colors, sizes or products upon return. Instead, place a new order for the item you want to exchange for and return the item that is not wanted according to our return instructions. We will help you keep any discounts, in that case contact us with the initial order number and we will make sure you get the correct price.
Refunds
Refunds are normally made within 14 days after we register the return. The amount is always transferred to the same payment method used for the purchase. If for example you paid by card, the purchase amount is reversed to the payment card you used for the purchase minus returning fees, if applicable.
